NOTICE OF DISCLOSURE AND DISCLAIMER

With respect to the “The Journey Begins” frame and accessories (the “Product”) ordered and supplied to the purchaser (the “Purchaser”) by Angel Priorities, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Seller”), Seller for itself and on behalf of its members, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, employees (herein collectively “Affiliates”) gives this Notice of Disclosure and Disclaimer.

1. Seller uses its best efforts to supply to Purchaser the Product with materials of the type, color, size and quality (the “Materials”) as depicted on the website; however, due to factors beyond Seller’s control the Materials may deviate slightly from the depiction and Seller disclaims any liability for said deviation.

2. The Product to be supplied includes a pair of scissors (“Scissors”) of a type selected by the Purchaser. The Scissors are included for use in cutting the umbilical cord (the “Procedure”) at the time of birth of an infant (the “Infant”).  Whether the Scissors are used for the Procedure is a matter left to the discretion based on the policies and procedures of the attending medical provider performing the Procedure and/or the medical institution being utilized (the “Provider”).  Seller does not represent that the Scissors can be, or will be, used in the Procedure nor that other scissors used in the Procedure will be sold or otherwise given to the Purchaser after the Procedure by the Provider and Seller disclaims any liability for the failure of the Scissors to be used or for the scissors that are utilized to be provided to the Purchaser, by gift or purchase.

3. The Scissors will be used in a medical procedure.  The decision to use the Scissors and the manner of their use is solely within the determination and control of the Provider and the Purchaser.  Seller and Affiliates disclaim any liability or responsibility for any damages or injury, direct or indirect, to the Infant or the Infant’s mother resulting from the use of the Scissors in the Procedure.
